First the recruiter contacted me to know my salary expectations and my current compensations plan. She scheduled an interview with the employer, who was very objective during the interview and he explained me the current situation of the factory and their needs. The interview was very good, I felt very comfortable all the time. At the begining of the interview the employer told me that whatever they decided they will contacted me to know their decision, thing that never happened, they ghosted me. Giving that, makes me feel like if they are a zero serious company.
