I was contacted by a an recruiter to conduct a phone screen, which went well and I was shortly after invited to interview. The interview was a traditional panel style interview, in-person. One panel member that was invited did not attend the interview. The interview was straightforward, the staff members took the time to explain the role and expectations, asked fair question, and did not throw any curveballs which was appreciated. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable during the interview. The staff also encouraged me to send follow-up email questions after the interview, which I did take the opportunity to do. After a very positive experience and courteous email exchange and follow-up from the recruiter, I was ghosted unfortunately.
