I was first interviewed over Zoom on my laptop for my first interview. We kept getting interrupted by his coworkers. My second interview was a brief phone interview with the "regional" manager. It lasted for about 5 minutes. I was asked questions that did not pertain to the job at all.

Different than any other interview I've been in. Very casual, they just wanted to get to know you as a person. Interview questions were all very conversational. They were looking for certain qualities in a person that match their values.
