I'm writing about this 15 months after interviewing with these guys. I found it a very positive experience and was actually offered the role but declined purely for personal reasons. I often think about these guys and check in on their website. The interview was three steps long. The first was a conversation with the CEO, which was pretty casual. I was based in Ireland at the time. The 2nd interview came with a task, and while a little testing, the right marketing person would have no issues with it. It took me about an hour of data digging and maybe another 2 hours to compile. Not easy, but also not that hard. I presented my findings and strategy, and afterwards, I was invited to a third interview. Here I met the COO and the CMO. We discussed various things, the role, challenges, my interests etc. I was offered the role but turned it down as I was moving to Australia with my wife, and this might have negatively impacted my visa application. At no point did I think this was a negative experience. Pretty awesome in fairness.
