I believe that it was a very simple interview process on-line with common interview questions about teaching and children. I was asked to teach a mock lesson plan to the interviewer.

How would I handle a parent that was interrupting the lesson ?
Easy interview but essentially looking for someone who is bubbly not for more serious teachers unfortunately. Pay is suprisingly low for the amlubt of work and long contracts, which can be a pro or con depending on your preferance.
it was very professional, my interviewer focused on what drives me to want to get into this position and look for my conversational skills while i answered the questions. We have another interview after the first one.
