Had to prepare how I would teach a lesson and my background in teaching.
Signed onto Skype for the interview.

What my system for teaching was, experience, and why I wanted to teach in China.

I was given a scenario in a classroom and was asked how I would handle it.
A student is being loud and disruptive in class, how would you handle the student.
Easy interview but essentially looking for someone who is bubbly not for more serious teachers unfortunately. Pay is suprisingly low for the amlubt of work and long contracts, which can be a pro or con depending on your preferance.
it was very professional, my interviewer focused on what drives me to want to get into this position and look for my conversational skills while i answered the questions. We have another interview after the first one.

Its pretty good, the interviewer dan staff were friendly, and the environment is fun. You should prepare before start the interview. You'll be given the questions mostly about study cases in the class. Whether with students or with parents. So, Good luck
