Very simple interview process. Phone interview, in person interview with three team leads, then shadowing a current AM to see what the role is like. Nothing complicated at all and very standard interview questions.

The interview Process is fairly simple. first you meet with the recruiter for a phone screening. Recruiter interested they will move you to the final interview process which is the panel interview at the office. From there you will meet with all leaders from each division.

Very informal and unorganized. I left with a very negative gut feeling. A lot of questions were left unanswered and I was left with the feeling of a multilevel business.
