Spoke with the recruiter twice. First was a get to know you 15 min interview, second was a more formal 30 min to see if I met the qualifications for the job and going over my goals.
I had a third and final interview with 4 Logistics Coaches they asked about my skills in sales, what drives me, my long term plans and asked questions to test my sales acumen and if I would be a long term fit for one of their teams.

The interview Process is fairly simple. first you meet with the recruiter for a phone screening. Recruiter interested they will move you to the final interview process which is the panel interview at the office. From there you will meet with all leaders from each division.

Very informal and unorganized. I left with a very negative gut feeling. A lot of questions were left unanswered and I was left with the feeling of a multilevel business.

Was contacted over the phone after an online application, interview over phone was great and was offered the job. Interview was simple enough, explained my background, my interest in the industry, etc. I enjoyed my time working there
