After a phone screen and written application, I had a personal interview with the company President, Ray Gomes. He asked about my work history and other questions about my background, interests, and goals. I met other key management that day as well. An additional interview was with the company's Security Officer. There I learned about the environment I would be working in and the associated responsibilities.
