There were total of 5 rounds of Interview. Round 1 with HR Round 2 and 3 was technical with Indian Employees Round 4 was with department in US and UK Round 5 was with Director Business India Everything went well and all the rounds were cleared. It took almost 2 months in the complete process. In the startiung of the interview only it was informed to the company that my notice period is of 2 months but as I am in good terms with my current employer so anything between 1-2 months would be possible. After the last round with the director, there was information from the Company's end. 5 days after the round, I called up the HR and she informed me that She forgot to inform me but the position is being kept on hold for now as leadership team is busy with Company's Annual function. It was like a shock as the company's requirement was to join as early s possible and they took almost 2 months for the process and later the position was kept on hold. This is seriously very dis-appointing that there is no clarity in such big firms as well. There is no value of the time and efforts. It is not only about my time, it's also about the time of people who took so many rounds, even company does not value time of the Director of the company.
