The first interview was a phone interview with their internal recruiting manager. My second interview was in person at the Pleasanton, CA office with two managers back to back, one hour each. Before my third and final interview I was asked to do a personality and aptitude test online which I completed. My final interview was with the CEO, we reviewed my test results and discuss the opportunity and challenges at Engine Room.
