Contacted by recruiter. Fair interview, another contract analyst was present which gave me insight into the job position. Interviewed by the Director, co-worker was able to ascertain if I indeed wanted the job.

The interview process was informative and more like an open conversation. I was able to get an honest perspective on expectations and workload. The questions were realistic and related directly to the job position.
