Initially I reached out to the VP of HR about interest in this position. I received a response quick and was told they would have the recruiter reach out for a call. Within 24 hours the recruiter reached out to schedule a phone interview. We agreed to a day the following week and the recruiter would send me an invite to confirm. The invite was sent for the wrong day for one week later and when I went to confirm, the recruiter never responded. So I waited until the scheduled date and time and received no phone call from the recruiter. I called and left a VM and a follow up email to find another date thinking something came up. The following day my online profile was updated to a status of not selected with no response or motivation from the recruiter. Things started off great and ultimately finished with poor and unprofessional communication which would only take a minute to write an email in the event they decided to look at other candidates.
