I was sent an invitation email for an interview, which I confirmed. I prepared for the interview and waited for them to call. A few minutes into the interview and nothing... when I was ready to email them that I'd been waiting (no phone number had been provided) I received an email that they went with another candidate. No explanation or apology... or even an acknowledgement that we had a CONFIRMED interview. I felt ignored and disrespected. I think I dodged the bullet with this company.
