Easy, not loaded with weird HR questions, they just kind of roundtable discusses their goals, dreams, etc. Sat down with the CEO and VP of Survey, very nice guys, talked about surveying, life, family, not a grilling about experiences and 50 awkward HR questions.

they didn't really ask me all that many questions, we just chatted for about an hour and got a good feel for each other.
