The process was base in the CV evaluation, one presential part where each one of the candidates should have brought a presentation about them, they had to sell themselves like they were products. After this, each one had to create a imaginary product and to sell this product to the managers of different teams.

Primeiro passo inscrição, segundo passo realização de alguns testes, após aprovação ocorre a vídeo entrevista com três perguntas, apresentação pessoal, dinâmica de grupo com apresentação de um projeto inovador e finalmente entrevista individual com os gestores para aprovação ou não.
