Insperity a 3rd Parity HR company does the initial screening and finds candidates much like any other recruiting service. They do an initial phone screening then pass on the candidate to the CEO or Plant Manager for a Phone interview. Following a successful phone interview you may be called in for a 1st interview. If the 1st interview goes well you may get the position or there may be a 2nd interview depending on you candidacy.
