Before the interview I had 2 phone screenings one for "culture fit" and one for more technical questions. For the onsite interview I spoke with 4 separate employees. The questions asked were largely behavioral questions such as how I work with others and there were only a few technical questions asking what I might do to solve a problem they had or briefly describing a project I had worked on and after those I had lunch with the CTO.
