They were kind, and enthusiastic about their hospital. I did a one on one interview with the HR manager, and then took a tour of the hospital. Afterwards there was a several day process of orientation and testing to prove competency in working with patients.

Very easy, one time interview. The staff was very nice and explained the job requirements and tasks. I accepted the job and worked for Encompass for over a year. I highly recommend to any student wanting to go into nursing or therapy as a career.
