The process started well with contact from a Division Sales Manager. Phone interview was about an hour long, Good behavioral questions. Friendly and professional. Good overview of company, the position, expecatons, training and culture.

How would I build relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers?
When other interviewer left the room, Divison Sales Manager told me that he would like me to meet the Regional Director. He said he would prefer it to be in person, but it would depend on her schedule. This would be the next step he said. I left the interview feeling extremely positive. I sent him an email thanking him for the interview and was looking forward to the next step. Several days went by and no message from him to schedule the interview. I sent a short email and asked him when the next step would occur, stated my continued interest, asked if there was a change regarding myself. Never heard a word! Extremely disappointing. It was fairly evident to me that the influence of the other person, who appeared to be very threatened by me, lead to this very unprofessional ending.

The interview process was quick and easy. Several interview levels. Decision in a few days. The interview process was easy. Questions were standard. Included a peer review interview as well.

I completed 2 phone calls and 2 video interviews. I had to constantly follow up to schedule times and some of them were cancelled last minute. Then I was ghosted and never heard back. Complete waste of time.

What I found most troubling was that HR sent me an email requesting 5 references before either a telephone interview or a face to face meeting. I informed my references to be on the lookout for theEncompass questionnaire which they immediately completed giving me perfect scores. 2 weeks later, no invitation for an interview. A waste of my references’ and my time.
I sent an email to HR commenting on my experience. At least I received an apology...
