They asked me questions with obvious answers. They asked me to tell them a little bit about myself. I actually wasn't even interviewed by HR because she was gone so the charge nurse and CNO interviewed me. The interview was so easy that when they told me I got the job, I almost thought it was a scam because it seemed too good to be true. They took me on a tour of the hospital after the interview process. My advise is to be confident and friendly.

first step is a interview over video of questions with no time limit to think about next question, and opportunity to re-record. Second you meet with CNO and nurse supervisor to go over questions not pertaning to self, its to see how you handle situations.
