They reached out to me via phone call after receiving my resumé at an event. It was a three-interview process that took approximately 6 weeks. I really appreciated the process. It was comfortable, both because of the process and the relatable people. They had prepared three different presentations that were designed to inform you about their company and why it could be a great fit for you. They seemed to base their assessment of you off of your engagement in what they are presenting and the questions you asked pertaining to its topics. They didn’t have many questions that you are expected to answer.
