Initial communication was to tell me the Broadcast Coordinator position I applied for was not the best position for my abilities. I was then directed to interview for the RF Engineer job. that was fine, more along my skill set. The interview, however, was less than technical with either the manager or director of the department. It was more of a feeling out if I would stay longer than the 3 month training period. I've been here more than x months and the job is fine, but, I get the feeling I was low-balled for the offer for what this department does.
