They asked will you work for free. They said we cannot give salary to employees because company is in the verge to shut down. They just talked about how bad the company position is in the market. How they are not able to provide salary. And justifying themselves. Overall it was very bad and demotivating. They said that you dont even look like you are a b.tech. Our office boy is better than you. It is quite insulting .HR dont know how to talk. HR first said come in this day for interview. But when i reached there she said you should have called before again . What is the point of confirming if you have given a date. No disciple no rules. They ask me to submit original documents and a 50,000 cheque. Which i find very odd and denied!! They offered me job saying i know nothing!!!! Wow!!!

Interviewer was really Friendly, a true Mentor. Was willing to spend enough time and understanding the solution. Even I gave few wrong answers but he was willing to understand what make me giving these answers. After that dry running the program written by me and pointing out error made.
