Very technical. Started with a phone interview and within 30 seconds they were asking about amplifier specifications. Followed up with a mandatory in person interview (not ideal during covid times) where they reviewed my projects and had me go to their lab and walk them through how I would test something. Received an offer within 48 hours of that interview.
