I did not do an interview. Came in and started work immediately. That was not good. Guess they needed to fill the position immediately. I showed them my skilzzz and my skilzzz level. I did a wonderful job obviously. I was there for 3 years.

First, HR recruiter reached out to me and offered to attend hiring event on the very next day. I took an interview with several unit managers. Got an offer within a week. They called me to notify that I got an offer.

Very professional and welcoming. I felt comfortable with talking to the manager and the Nurse Clinical lead. They both showed interest in my questions about the position. I felt as though I am a match for the position.

One person interview. Very straight forward, it was over zoom. no clinical questions asked. For the New grad float pool. Woman was very kind. Questions were straightforward and easy for me.
