Crazy&Long......Started with a job fair on a Saturday. Depending on how well you did it was three different interviews If you did well they said they would call. It took about a week for them to call back, then I had to come in for a group interview with about four others. Sat with the President and another administration for about an hour, that felt like three

They did a group interview initially, where the role and pay were described. We got to introduce ourselves and what we were looking for in the company. Subsequently there was a virtual interview with departments that were looking to fill the position and then they will let you know if you were matched within 2 weeks. If not matched, you repeat the interview process.

Apply online and monitor the application process. Manager calls for a face to face interview. Than you will interview with the department directors. The manager will call back for the next steps.
