There are 3 stages of the recruitment process. The first is an online assessment test which is quite difficult to ace (numerical, intuitive and general test) that takes 45minutes and almost impossible to answer all 24 questions correctly. The second phase is a “pre-interview” with a random employer. The third and final stage is an interview day that might take from 2-3 hours with at least 2 people interviewing and a brief introduction of the company. I only got to the second interview and I did not enjoy the process at all. The interviewer did not care about any past experiences, and was just making pre-prepared questions to test how you work under pressure and if the reasoning matches what the company already expects from the employees, instead of embracing new perspectives. The first quiz was also quite hard, and I got above average scores even answering only half of the questions, so prepare beforehand and try to answer as quickly as possible. Overall I didn’t have a good experience, and raised a few red flags about work/life balance and how the company values its employees.

After applying, they require you to fill you a 12 minutes-50 questions Cognitive Assessment and a Behavioral Assessment before you can even speak with a human, if you ever get to do it at all. They don't consider your qualifications or experience until you complete the tests. I wouldn't recommend, it was waste of time. They should add they require such nonsense in the published position.
