I had a good first interview and passed to the second stage, which was a logic test. Then I moved on to the third stage, and the process lasted for hours, with 6 different people, many pointless questions just to put pressure on me to answer fictitious things. One of the interviewers didn't even look at the screen and just sat back, completely uninterested. I may not have done well, but I have a beautiful career that I'm proud of and I've won many international awards, and above all, I'm a human being. After going through all that stress, they never gave me an answer. Truly a terrible experience.

They approached me based on my profile and then said they were looking for someone with at least ten years of management experience which based on my profile they knew I didn’t have. That’s what the job description said so I did find the offer to interview weird from the get go
