The interview process was pretty basic. Introductions and then all behavioral questions from there. The representative mentioned that they only have approximately 8-10 staffed consultants and then they contract everyone else out for their services. At the end of the interview process I did find it absolutely unprofessional what was asked of me. This firm is searching for business/projects to obtain and the representative asked if I knew of any organizations that could use Emerson Human Capital Consulting services. Was really turned off by being asked a question like that. Glad I did not provide them with anyone so they can poach organizations unwillingly.

Hi there. I'm sorry you had a negative experience. We never use the interview process to find new clients. We have no need to to so. Our interviewers are not sales executives, so they have little motivation to do something like that. Sorry for any misunderstanding.
