The entire interview process took me to 3 phone interviews and 1 face to face panel interview. Initial was with HR recruiter and very stringent. Asked about my current responsibilities and how I match the offered position. Next interview was with hiring manager and local counterpart. 3rd was with the Director and lastly face to face conversation with VP.
