1. Phone interview with a member of the Human Resources department (This was much more elaborate than the face-to-face interviews)
2. Greeted by the Test Manager and given a tour of the site
3. Individual interviews with Senior Test Engineer, Software Test Engineer, Test Engineer, Applications Team Manager, and Test Manager
4. Discussion of expectations on both ends

3 hours, very thorough. I was asked same questions during each round of interviews and am sure I will get an offer. Bring water bottles for your throat so that you don't choke.

How do you tell someone something when they are not familiar with the material.
Very quick and smooth. I haven't receive any feedback from the HR.
They should have at least informed the person about his/her interview result. Was able to take their online exam though. this was done after the interview.
