Campus placement process : First the candidates have to pass the aptitude test, which consist of the english, grammar and mathematics. Also contains the questions pertaining to decision making. The HR team will then review the apptitude result and if we are cleared, they will call for technical round. Technical round is conducted by the senior engineers from the organisation. For me it was the director of the company himself. In technical round they ask questions related to the project and field knowledge. Once, the technical round is cleared, then we have HR round. They ask in general questions related to you.

Very general questions that can be found online. There will be a HR, your direct hiring manager and the director who will be in the interview together with other candidates

Entrevista
SQL with behavioural.
SQL is less of the code but the thought process behind it. Will test things like why did you code this way, what could go wrong and how can you make it better.
Behavioural is more towards project management.
Simple interview process with 1st round of general assessment of Multi choice question, 2nd round of technical questions based on the engineering degree and 3rd round of HR interview with general questions regarding experiences
