The interviews were normal and reasonable. Interviewed with all of the team, stakeholders and executives over a 45 day period. Had a series of 6 interviews with multiple people on each (panel style). Was asked good, reasonable questions and completed a 3 month, 6 month, 12 month plan. After the final interview with the exec team, they said they were "eager to move" and would get back to me one way or another next week. That was it. They disappeared. For all I know they all moved to Barbados. The HR people didn't respond, the exec who had corresponded with me didn't reply to any emails. I understand things change and I can handle that they went with someone else. However, I feel I was simply scammed here. I invested a good bit of time and effort and their behavior was simply unprofessional. Don't waste your time with Emerson.
