2 stage hiring process - First HR selection interview, and subsequent hiring manager interview. Once offer was made, very limited time within which to accept or reject - leading to limited negotiation. (Note: Extremely difficult to obtain a raise/ promotion once hired.)

Most question were fairly standard interview questions. SOme questions were behaviour based, therefore, you had a scenario where they would ask what you did in your past experience.

Entrevista
After applying online, I received an email inviting me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and primarily focused on behavioral questions. The interviewer asked about my background, experiences, and how I handle certain workplace situations.
Usual interview process, multi interview rounds, last round in person 1 hour sessions with managers, 3 to 4 hours in total. First round hr screening over the phone, second round conversation on the phone with hiring manager, and third round was the 3-4 hour inperson interview.

How would you deal with a co-worker that was being difficult to work with?
Was easy and short.
There were only 2 rounds of interview.
Then did ask technical and lidership questions. Hiring manager was very polite and had a positive energy.
