I interviewed with Steve Gold and he was super helpful and encouraging throughout the process! He was very clear about the steps, who else I'd be interviewing with, and what to expect as far as a timeline as well. I first did a phone interview with Steve, and then I interviewed with the Director of Design. Following that, I had several 1-1 interview with other leads/members of the team. During that time I was asked to participate in a design challenge. There was also a cognitive assessment required for all potential employees to take during the interview process. The overall interview process took about a month before I received the offer.
