After sending the CV, an invitation for an interview followed very quickly, and HR and Technical were held at the same time. HR was standard with all accompanying questions and answers essentially clear and short. After that comes the technical one, which was not too difficult but requires good preparation.
At the very end, if the candidate meets all the criteria, a personality test is completed, which completes the entire selection process.

The overall process took like a month. First I had a brief interview with HR over the phone. Then I'm scheduled to take a 2 hour / 75 questions test online. Later I had a 1 hour long interview with HR. Then had an hour long technical interview and finally had another hour long technical interview with the entity that was interested with me

Long waiting in office. Only one technical question for beginners. Answered correctly. They requested to show past project. Projects which i had right to show they didn't want to see and discuss. They wanted projects of big companies, including intranets. I said they they should apply to owners. They expressed their disappointment.
