The process had a lot of steps but went quickly. First, you interview with the CEO, then there was an assignment, next was an interview with the operations manager and then the person you would report to if you were to get the job. The C.E.O. was a little offputting and gruff, but the other two ladies were lovely. It seemed like a nice place to work, just not the right fit for me.
