Relatively efficient. However, they were very aware I'll need a work visa from the beginning, and they were very okay with that. After the hiring manager offered me the position, the recruiter behaved awfully, asking me if I could get a partner visa instead (despite the fact I told them this was not possible and they offered me a work visa from the first call) so then the process was delayed by over two months, they were ghosting me, and I didn't know I they were working on getting me the visa. the truth was that they didn't want to pay the salary that was required to gran me a highly skilled migrant work visa, which would have been ready so fast the whole thing was a headache, and that recruiter was very unprofessional

First round with HR, second round with hiring manager, questions are normal and standard and the hiring manager was very nice and third round there is a case study, all rounds are in Teams and remote format

Complicated and long interview tasks. I was requested to invest 2 hours live on doing excel and email tasks. Also, the deleted the role descriptions and asked to me retiriate on what the role included.

Well, it's nothing to describe, the way the company communicates is horrible. After scheduling the time with the hiring manager he never show up for the interview + the recruiter ghosted me without an explanation of what happened - just a waste of time I hope upper management could react on this as I would never apply to Elsevier to Relx group again
