Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter everything was professional and he was very responsive. From there it took about a month to schedule the actual interview with the people at the site I would be working and then rescheduled last minute. Interview was over zoom due to covid, once the interview started things went down the drain. Started out with 3 interviewers and quickly went to two as one of them was too busy to stay on for more than 5 minutes, one of the remaining interviewers kept getting up and walking away and both interviewers kept complaining about how busy they were. They would ask a question and clearly not pay attention to my answers. I would explain my experience with something as part of my answers and then a few minutes later they would ask if I had any experience with something I’ve already described. At one point I just stopped talking in the middle of my sentence because I was so frustrated with how disconnected from the process they were and I'm not sure they noticed. I have never felt so disrespected and had my time wasted during an interview before. I was sure they basically were going through the motions because they already had someone in mind they wanted but it’s now 6 months later and the same job is still posted so I think they just don’t care about filling the position or no one wants to work with them because their interview experience was like mine.
