      Entrevista

I applied through work remotely well while applying application it certainly looked like a job where if hardwork is put you get reward i verified the same through multiple reviews online and once i filled the application i got a link to company CEO/founder of some 30 minutes. Indeed the video was about the description of what role demands and how difficult it is. I m not not gonna lie i got chills considering the fact that i felt it was job of my liking lot of hardwork + reward eventually and thats how it should be unlike cooperate companies these days with politics and more of look good on outside. And after that i attempted test i wont let much details it had 5 questions 4 which had mcqs and one text question And passing score was 70% and i got 69% so i felt kind of bad. Probably my destiny is in some other place. As this company wont allow you to reattempt for 2 years. All the best to the founder for the future and i hope to see more of such organisations

Just more of what was our understanding for the job role! Looking at the 30 minutes video?

It is a multi step process. You apply and record video responses in your application, you have an online test and if you pass you get to speak to the CEO. I juist finished by interview with CEO and it did not go well. The job specs, emails regarding interview and CEO's video message regarding the role are all unconventional but detailed enough. I saw lot of people who noted that rejection emails were unnecessarily harsh but I still wanted to try the company as they looked like a niche service provider. I will summarize this company as "One man shop run out of a shed in Texas by a wanna be Steve Jobs who gets his kicks from disperaging people". I will explain why. This guy starts the interview by asking me what I know about the company and the role. I explain in detail what I read and understood. Then he asks a theoritical question about how I would solve his clients problems, I start giving response which he did not like. It took him 1 min to start cursing and saying profanities. If he treats potential employees who he does not even know like this, you can imagine how he treats his employees and clients (I am sure there are none). He runs a fake job ad which is apparently does not expire as he needs to keep hiring people for the same role through out the year just so he can boss around for a few mins and gets to feel important. After the interview, I messaged him on linkedin and emailed him that his website has a glaring error. It says they have a 7 step process but only details 6 steps. A school boy could have spotted this but apparently this tech wizard is unable to spot it, Avoid this company like a plague. They dont have real customers or employees.

General question about Company and Job role followed by a theoritical question about how to improve client profit.

You failed the interview because you couldn't demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the subject to secure approval to the next step of the process. Now you're getting all bitter and make up outrageous things to say about the company to try to blame it on the company. You were given the opportunity to speak to the managing partner of the business and demonstrate your skills there, but instead of learning from the experience, you decided to slander and shift blame. We wish you good luck although we don't know what you'd do with it if you had it.

I didn't finish the hiring process because I would rather not continue the awful automated process. 1. The first stage it easy. Loading resume, some questions about working style, motivation. 5 stages is too much but Ok. It's just a final questionnaire, isn't it? Oh no... 2. Then the system sends an email to confirm my application. I've already sent it to you. I've spent time. Why do I need to confirm it one more time? 3. Then they sent me a link to the 30-minute video about the position from their founder. Sorry, what? 4. This is not the end. Then the candidate has to answer to a questionnaire that will be recorded. And your camera should be turned on as the screen should be shared. I understand that the company working with automatisations, but is the worst hiring process as I have ever seen before.

Perfect! This is exactly what our hiring process is designed to do. If you aren't willing to jump through a few hoops and don't have enough interest, then you will not be a qualified fit for our company. Isn't it wonderful that we didn't have to spend time to meet each other to find that out?
