Went to reception area where there were lots of other candidates. Was called in by the managing director. Very short face to face interview, lasted less than 2 minutes in total. As I left, more candidates were coming up the stairs. Didn't phone back or email me back to let me know whether I was successful or not. But because they didn't phone back when they said they would, I assumed I didn't get through.
