two vs one, 45 min long, basic interview style. Followed STAR. i got a campus recruiting call, to which i accepted on the spot and began freeballing. i got the interview next step from that call, leading to the main 2 v1.
after the basic behavioral questions, (I got all of them well in my opinion) then came the technical questions. i got only asked one, because i fumbled that.
however, my rating stems not from me fumbling, but when I was asking questions to get to know them. one the interviewers was a woman, and was talking about her past experiences at a previous company. I asked a follow up question as to how the management here at Eli Lilly is better, and how the previous management was bad and what to look out for, to which she responded "i don't feel comfortable talking about that" and promptly checked out of the interview. ????????? who does that?????
