I went through 4 great but excessive rounds of interviews, all the way up to the CEO, to be notified the job was no longer being filled. To see it posted again by the end of the week, with no notification from the hiring team or recruiter. I applied again, and was immediately scheduled for an interview within a few days. I went through the same interview process with the same team members rooting for me and expressing their support. Met with the CEO again where she said I was familiar so I reminded her, she already interviewed me for the same role a couple of weeks prior. The job was canceled again only to be reposted. I did not apply again to that position or any others.
