I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter with a very heavy Indian accent, I swear that in its self was a test. The next day I received an email for an interview with hiring manager. I apparently didn't read the confirmation email well enough because I miss the fact that I was supposed to call them at the time slot. I waited got them to call and someone else called and asked if I still wanted the interview and informed me I was supposed to call. Good news was we had a good laugh and she was super understanding of the situation.
