I received a copy of the application just by walking in and asking the hostess. She told me to come back during the slower hours on weekdays. I came back with the sheet filled out, and the manager sat me down right away for an interview. He asked me standard questions about past experience, my knowledge of food, customer service, and the restaurant industry. He also asked me my availability.

I was asked to sell my favorite food to the manager pretending to be a customer. I had to describe it and convince him to want to try and order it.
I applied online, received an email shortly after to interview, had one short interview with the manager and was offered the job immediately and asked when I was available to start
