Telephone interview, in person interview. It was a lot of hassle. Everyone had to take their personality test, a skills test and an IQ test whuch are timed so please find a quiet place to take that assessment on your computer. They will ask you about what you have done in the past. Overall I thought they really wasted my time but on a more positive note at least I know what type of personality, skills and IQ is like after taking tneir assessments. They will go over your resume in detail and ask you why you left each of your previous jobs.
