A few questions regarding previous employment and knowledge of the company, followed by a walk around of the labs with breif descriptions of procedures carried out in each area. There is time for any questions at the end and during the walk around, the more asked, the better.

The interview consisted of an initial interview by way of a teams meeting, followed up with an in person interview which took place at the company's laboratory site, and this was the main interview.

Entrevista
Due to coronavirus, interview differed slightly to standard. After applying to the company directly, I was then called about the position and asked If I could attend an online interview via bluejeans. I was then called back a few days later and asked to visit the site for a lab tour and shown the process from stock inventory to lab prep up to GCMS and HPCL testing and how clients are reported to. Extremely calm and welcoming atmosphere. All staff and senior and staff at all levels felt approachable.
