Phone Screen, in person interview with team and then mgmt Standard situational and behavior stuff, starting with the development team and moving later into the mgmt team with more hypothetical type questions. What would you do to improve the existing processes etc.

Initial conversation with Recruiter was very cordial and easy, as well as the actual interview itself. Never received any feedback from the recruiter following the interview. I followed up multiple times to zero response. Extremely unprofessional!
