It's quite miserable since HR is from another country. Asked me to do the interview at her designated time, and I said sure, and then she's late and told me she needs some more time. I wait for almost half an hour and she still didn't show up and then I concluded I don't think this company is for me. First the company is too cheap for hiring someone internationally to save money. Second, how can the HR not let us pick times to interview? Instead give us a time she wants. Sure, I will do it, but then ended up not showing up. I rather not work for a company like this. My time is just as important as yours and it makes no sense for me to wait for you.
